From idea to deployed
in weeks.

No bloated discovery phases. No vanishing act after kickoff. I move fast, communicate clearly, and ship software that actually runs.

Every project runs the same way.
Here's exactly what that looks like.

No guesswork, no surprises. From the first message to the day you take the keys — this is the full picture.

Phase 1 — Before We Start
Day 0

You reach out

Fill out the contact form or send a message. Tell me what you're trying to solve in plain language — no technical jargon needed. I respond within 24 hours, usually faster.

You provide: A short description of your problem or goal. That's it.
Day 1–2

Free scoping call (up to 1 hour)

We get on a call. I ask direct questions about your workflow, your data, your team, and what success actually looks like — not just technically, but for your business. No slides, no pitch deck.

By the end of this call you'll know whether I'm the right fit, what the project looks like, and roughly what it'll cost.

  • Problem definition
  • Current system audit
  • Success criteria
  • Timeline expectations
  • Stack & integration review
You provide: 45–60 min of your time. Access to any tools or dashboards I'd need to understand (screen share is fine).
Day 2–3

Written proposal & fixed price

I send you a written scope document: exactly what I'll build, what I won't, what you'll own at the end, and the timeline — down to the week. One fixed price. No hourly billing surprises.

Payment terms: 25% deposit to begin, balance due on delivery.

You provide: Approval or feedback on the scope. If something doesn't fit, we revise it before anything starts.
Phase 2 — Week 1: Foundation
Day 1

Kickoff & access setup

Deposit received, work begins. I get access to everything I need — APIs, credentials, staging environments, existing codebases. I set up the project repo, development environment, and any integrations.

You provide: API keys, credentials, or read access to any systems I'll be connecting to. I'll send a checklist — usually takes under 15 minutes on your end.
Days 2–4

Core architecture & first working version

I build the skeleton of the system — data flow, integrations, core logic. By end of day 4 there's something real you can look at, even if it's rough. No waterfall. No big reveal at the end.

  • Data pipeline connected
  • Core logic scaffolded
  • API integrations wired
  • First end-to-end test passing
Day 5

Week 1 check-in

Short async update (Loom or written). I show you what exists, flag anything that came up during build, and confirm we're still aligned on direction. You give a thumbs up or flag any early changes.

You provide: 15 minutes to review the update and reply with any early feedback.
Phase 3 — Week 2: Full Build
Days 6–9

Feature completion & polish

All remaining features are built out. Edge cases handled. The system runs reliably end-to-end. If there's a UI, it gets designed here. If it's a backend system, monitoring and logging goes in now.

  • All features complete
  • Error handling & logging
  • Performance tested
  • Security review
  • UI polish (if applicable)
Day 10

Feedback round

I hand you a working version in a staging environment. You test it, break it, click around. One structured round of revisions included — you give me a list, I fix it, done.

You provide: Your full feedback in one batch. Consolidated is faster than back-and-forth.
Phase 4 — Delivery & Handoff
Day 11–12

Revisions & final QA

Feedback incorporated. Final quality pass — I run through every part of the system myself before it ever touches production. Documentation is finalized.

  • All revisions applied
  • End-to-end QA
  • Documentation complete
  • Deployment checklist ready
Day 13

Production deployment

I deploy to your production environment — cloud server, VPS, serverless, or wherever makes sense. DNS, SSL, environment variables, monitoring — all configured. Balance due on delivery.

You provide: Production server access or hosting credentials. I'll tell you exactly what I need in advance.
Day 14

Walkthrough & handoff

Live walkthrough session — I show your team exactly how the system works, what to watch, how to make common changes, and what to do if something looks off. You leave owning it completely.

  • Live demo & walkthrough
  • Full code ownership transferred
  • Runbooks & documentation delivered
  • Admin credentials handed over
You provide: 30–60 min for your team to attend the walkthrough. That's the whole handoff.
Phase 5 — Post-Launch Support
Days 15–21

7-day free bug support window

After delivery, I stay available for 7 days to fix any bugs that surface in real use. If something breaks because of how I built it — I fix it. No charge, no questions.

This does not cover new features, scope changes, or issues caused by third-party API changes. Just bugs.

  • Bug fixes at no cost
  • Same-day response during business hours
  • Hotfixes deployed same day if critical
Day 22+

Ongoing — it's yours

The system is yours. Code, docs, credentials — everything. No lock-in, no monthly retainer required. If you want to add features, scale it, or need help later, I'm one message away.

Many clients come back for the next project. Some hire me on a retainer. Either way, the decision is yours.
